I highly recommend using these guys. I called and had to leave a message, and can you imagine Cassie returned my call within an hour! Then they showed up when they said they would AND did a great job...

I scheduled a date to have my chimney inspected and potentially cleaned via email on October 28, 2021. The first available appointment was on December 1, 2021. The communication between initial scheduling and the appointment was reassuring and professional. On the date of the inspection, I received a text to let me know the technician (Bruce) was en route. When Bruce arrived, he was friendly and professional. He completed the inspection in a little less than 1.5 hours, and indicated that no cleaning was necessary. He relayed his inspection findings, let me know that I would be receiving the bill and quotes for additional repairs electronically to the email on file, and left. Overall I was very impressed at the service provided, and plan on using them again in the future.
